    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, today we are talking about petroleum products being transported to Kisumu. We want to be sure that Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) is doing a good job. I am happy that there have been positive changes in KPC. I hope that gradually we will see more improvement. I am impressed with the changes that have been brought about by the new management. I hope that slowly by slowly, we will have much affordable petroleum products in this country. I thank you."
