    "content": "I thank the people involved in writing this report. Just looking at the level of analysis and research, it is in-depth. The work of this Committee involved a lot of information coming from various stakeholders. Part of the submissions came from the suppliers. They got a sub-sample of some of the suppliers and have listed about 21 suppliers. They engaged the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI)."
