    "content": "I remember that when the COVID-19 pandemic broke out, we had the ad hoc Committee first lead by Sen. Sakaja and then by Sen. Kasanga. They did enormous work. As a Senate, we were so dedicated to the outbreak of COVID-19 situation. Later on, at the 76th sitting of the ad hoc Committee, there was a merger. This House agreed that this issue should be handled by the Committee on Health. I would like to thank both Committees for the effort that was put in."
