(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a progress report on the status of investigations into the circumstances that led to the death of one Sergeant Arnold Kipyegon Kenei, P/No. 2006060448, and an Administration Police Officer who was found dead in Imara Daima Estate on 20th February 2020? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary state whether any suspect(s) have been apprehended or questioned in connection with the death of Sgt Kenei and what action has been taken against them? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary undertake to ensure that the matter is fully investigated with a view to ensuring justice for the victim and compensation made for the family for the life lost of their loved one?
