    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Millie, for that information. Maybe we needed to define what a “couple” is in this context. If a woman cannot conceive, she can get a sperm donor. In the previous amendment, we said that the child has a right to know who the donor is at the age of 18 years. Taking into account Hon. Shamalla’s concern, do you not think that we need to define the word “couple” as per this context and not in the natural setup? One can be a single mother or a widow and still want to get a child. My concern was for this provision not to be abused where we have fertile women who do not want to carry pregnancies, but want to take advantage of poor women and pay them to carry their pregnancies. That was my only concern."
