I beg to move: That, Clause 34 of the Bill be amended in- (a) sub clause (1) by deleting the words “eighteen may by notice to the Authority require the Authority” and substitute therefor the words “twenty-one may by notice to the Directorate require the Directorate”; (b) sub clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; and (c) sub clause (3) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”. Again, this is a consequential amendment due to deletion of the Authority and establishment of the Directorate. I move."
