I beg to move: That, Clause 35 of the Bill be amended in- (a) sub clause (1) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the words “Directorate”; and (b) sub clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”. Again, this was just to clean up. It is an amendment that is very similar to what we have done with Clause 34."
