Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 36 of the Bill be amended in- (a) sub-clause (1) by deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; and (b) sub-clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”. This amendment is similar to the previous two amendments, where we are deleting the word ‘Authority’. I beg to move."
