"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I think the Minister is misleading the House. He has just told us that he is calling the TSC tomorrow to his office on matters of employment. This arose out of what an hon. Member asked on the policy of replacing those who leave the institutions through natural attrition. On the other side also, he is double-speaking by telling us that he has no power to direct the TSC! Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this is a very simple matter. Teachers die, retire or fall out due to natural attrition, and there should be a policy on direct replacement at the level of DEBs, so that we do not waste time. The money is already provided for. Is he in order to mislead the House?"
