Once the TSC has the exact figures, which I will be able to know by tomorrow morning, they will be able to roll out the advertisement to replace teachers who have left service through natural attrition, and others who have left to join other services. Teachers will be employed through their respective DEBs, where the shortage is acute, and moreso, where teachers died or retired. I can assure you that you will all be witnessing this announcement; it will be in the papers, there will be no favouritism; employment will go directly where acute shortage is."
