    "content": " Thank you, Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I am seeking a clarification on this because my amendment says that Clause 40 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub-sections 4, 5 and 6 immediately after sub-section 3, “That an embryo shall not be imported or exported outside of Kenya. It is the responsibility of the IVF facility to ensure that embryos created are not transferred to an adopted mother because of debt disagreements, commissioning parents and the surrogate and or any other reasons."
