    "content": "(a) in sub clause (1) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; (b) in sub clause (2) by deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; (c) in sub clause (3) by— (i) deleting the word “Authority” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; (ii) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (a) (aa)the number of persons seeking assisted reproductive technology services, segregated by type of service sought, gender and outcome; (d) in sub clause (4) by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; and (e) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (5); (6) A person who contravenes the provisions of this section commits an offence and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding five million shillings or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years, or to both. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, this is a deletion of the word “authority” and secondly, the issue of penalty."
