Clause 43(d) states that “no gametes or embryo shall be kept in storage for longer than the statutory storage period and the storage period in respect of embryo shall be a period not exceeding ten years or as the licence may specify”. The amendment she is moving will be contradicting Clause 43 and so, I ask her to drop the ones that are contradictory."
