    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. In 2003, we introduced free and compulsory primary education. That meant that there was quite an upsurge in the enrolment rate of students. That has also put a lot of pressure on the physical facilities. So, apart from the shortage of teachers, we now have a very serious shortage of classrooms. I would like clarification from the Minister on how he is addressing the question of the shortage of classrooms in schools."
