Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, Clause 59 of the Bill be amended— (a) in the prefatory statement by deleting the word “Authority” and substituting therefor the word “Directorate”; (b) by deleting paragraph (d); and, (c) by deleting paragraph (i). This is a consequential amendment due to the deletion of the word Authority."
