The object and purpose of this Act is to— (a) provide a framework for the protection and advancement of assisted reproductive technology services for every person; (b) create an enabling environment for the reduction of infertility and sub- fertility in Kenya; and, (c) ensure access to quality and comprehensive assisted reproductive technology services in line with Article 43(1)(a) of the Constitution."
