On Mr. James Maina Kamau’s issue as to whether poor performance is as a result of lack of teachers, I would like to inform him that a school like Wei Wei Secondary which did not have enough teachers produced the best results. Teaching alone cannot guarantee results, but it is a factor that contributes to good results."
