    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for your guidance. It makes a lot of sense that Members are allowed to look at the Committee Report. At the same time, the Bill has been published. The Committee will be working on areas that need to be amended. It is also important for Members to read the Bill so that even as we discuss what needs to be improved or amended, they are aware of what the Bill says. If they just wait for the Report, it will not help them as it will be talking about areas that require amendment.
