    "content": "Under the current system which was operationalised through Executive Order No.1 of 2018, the registration of community groups is undertaken at the sub-county level, through the Office of the Social Development Officer (SDO). Upon registration, the groups are issued with a certificate which guarantees them the right of recognition and assembly. As a result, they can even go and access funding, having been registered."
