"content": "When this Question came up last time, the Attorney-General promised that he was going to fast-track the gazettement of those draft rules, which we have already presented to him. I have just talked to him right now. He has said that by Friday, he will have gazetted those draft rules and regulations. So, Mrs. Odhiambo-Mabona should bear with us a little while again."
