For example, if a community group has been funded and a few members misuse the money, it has been difficult in the past to go for arbitration because there was no law to govern them. This law will reduce conflicts among the group members. Registration of the community groups will also ensure that we have social cohesion. The group members will feel like they are part of a community and that will enhance togetherness. Finally, the laws that govern the community groups will ensure that their rights are safeguarded and not violated."
