    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support the Bill. As the Leader of the Majority Party has just said, these are laws that are obsolete. They were enacted during the colonial time when there were different classes of people: the whites, the Asians, the Africans and the ordinary Kenyan who had laws governing each of them. So, these are laws that should not be there in an independent country and in the modern age of the 21st Century."
