    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.51, to make a Statement on the activities of the Committee on Information, Communication and Technology for the period commencing 1st July to 15th November, 2021. During the period under review, our Committee held a total of 18 sittings, considered three statements, one Bill and engaged with various stakeholders on issues pertinent to the ICT sector. Mr. Speaker Sir, the Committee met the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for the Ministry of ICT, Innovation and Youth Affairs and the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ).
