We cannot say that we will not renew your license because you have not paid those media houses. That means any business now going into work if it owes Nairobi City County will not be given a license to operate. You will be killing the economy. I am not trying to suggest that we destroy the careers of our young people. No. Let us encourage them but we have to be pragmatic. What I am saying is very simple. There are different types of arrangements that can be made by media houses. I know Sen.
