"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. We cannot let the distinguished Senator for Narok County get away with what he has said. Standing Order 96 is very clear. It says- ‘(3) It shall be out of order to use offensive or insulting language whether in respect of Senators or other persons. Further (4) No Senator shall impute motive to any other Senator or to a Member of the National Assembly except upon a specific Substantive Motion---.’ There is no single Senator here who speaks to the gallery.
