    "content": "This is a very important Bill. It is difficult to understand why the National Assembly did not fast-track the enactment of this Bill into law in the last Session. We know that this Bill was caught up in the court cases that we have had in this Session. Now that this Bill has been moved afresh and ably seconded by the Senator of Kitui County, I urge all Senators to make positive contributions to this Bill and fast-track it so that by the time the things that Sen. Murkomen has stated are likely to happen in the next Session, we shall have a law that we can say was passed by the Senate of the 12th Parliament. We should have a county hall of fame in every county in this country."
