How can the Government be held responsible for that expenditure when the bookings for the hotels were done by Parliament under the Speaker? It is not the Government that has stopped hon. Members from going to Naivasha. It was Members of this House who voted, in their own wisdom or freely, not to go to Naivasha yesterday. It was not the Government! It was hon. Members! How more hypocritical can hon. Members be?"
