For example, in Nandi, we have Koitalel Arap Samoei Museum that focuses on what the former leader of the Nandi did during the colonial times. In Kakamega, we have the Nabongo Cultural Centre and Shrine that is also run by families. It is not owned by the county yet it is crucial."
