I sympathise with you, Hon. Speaker. I remember even in the last Parliament, on matters of division of revenue, which Hon. Mbadi argued very well on the Floor of the House, we know how much it cost when they went to court on that matter. They should accept that they are the lower House and we move on together as a family, but they will continue participating. On the issue of the leadership, it is true that this matter has been there and Hon. Mbadi has mentioned it very clearly. In Article 226 of the Constitution, anybody who has consumed the money should be surcharged. The money should be paid back.
