    "content": "Allow me, Hon. Speaker, to weave into the Cross-Petition which now becomes a substantive suit in the High Court. I commend you because you have been asking what roles the Senate offices are doing when the Constitution is silent about them. Therefore, the High Court should stretch its mind to interpret what we are asking them to do and make those declarations. Anybody in the Senate who has earned money strictly speaking unconstitutionally and illegally has only one remedy upon himself or herself. It is a surcharge by the Government and the money should be refunded or recovered. Thank you."
