I want to tell the House that the Judgment you have just dissected gives direction to the High Court so that when the issues they are going to deal with are referred back for re-consideration, they will know which direction to take. If there is anybody in the Senate who is imagining that they should take this matter further to the Supreme Court, they will be wasting public money and judicial time. I stand here feeling very proud about this Judgment. Thank you very much for dissecting it for us."
