    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I really want to thank Members for their brief contributions to this Bill. It shows the depth of interrogation of the original Bill when it was presented in this House. It also shows the faith Members have in us when we try to convince them that we are happy with what the Senate has done. I also thank the Senate for their speedy consideration of this Bill. I ask them to also speedily process the other Bills before them so that we can close the year with all the work that has been done by the National Assembly and the Senate being enacted into law. With those few remarks, I reply."
