Therefore, if the PPP Projects Committee does not approve your project or you feel aggrieved then, you have a place where you can complain. They are also setting out that the CS shall designate a public officer to serve as the Secretary to the Committee. The person shall be an Advocate of the High Court with at least seven years standing. The remuneration shall be determined by the Salaries and Remunerations Commission (SRC).
