It is another thing for you to say Kshs150 million was spent! That amount is colossal and massive and I do not think that, that retreat was supposed to cost us anywhere near that amount. Under the circumstances, Parliament does not work on the basis of generalities. When you make a statement, you have got to have your facts right, right to the dots, zeroes and everything. When you say Kshs150 million was spent, you have to be sure that you have evidence of that figure. So, under the circumstances, have you withdrawn and apologized to the House?"
