They have a full tray but they decide not to perform their duties. Instead, they want to compete with the National Assembly. They cannot do that because the Constitution is very clear. Hon. We need to sit down at the Committee of the Whole House so that we can make amendments to have a very good report as opposed to the one from the Senate. They may not be able to conduct much research because they do not know their work. We should show that we are the upper House and that we know and understand our work and what is good for this country. I support."
