    "content": "Lastly, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, we still have a lot of challenges in this country where we have minimal collection of revenue by governors. We must also try to remind governors to come up with creative ways of raising revenue and not those methods that are killing the economy of the people at the bottom. I stand to support this concept but the Bill needs to be relooked so as to improve on areas where there are loopholes."
