    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to add my voice to this very important Bill. I rise to support it because it provides for additional allocations to our counties. Any additional allocations that provide for the responsibilities of the national Government and county governments are of pertinent concern to devolution. If we are to make devolution thrive, we must provide funds for it to work.
