It is my hope that the recommendations that the Committee has put forward will be implemented by the Select Committee on Implementation, so that the funds we have talked about can benefit Kenyans. That especially applies to the money that has not been paid in the Local Authorities Provident Fund.; On the Unclaimed Assets Trust Fund, if, by any chance, the rightful owners of the Kshs25 billion that is sitting idle in the Central Bank of Kenya are found, they will benefit from that money. I beg to reply."
