(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why Kivandini-Mbuini-Miseleni-Tala Road in Mwala Constituency is yet to be upgraded to bitumen standards despite the approval for its upgrade having been made in 2016? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary indicate the measures that the Ministry has put in place to upgrade to bitumen standards the inter-county Wamunyu-Kalawa Road, which is in a deplorable state?"
