Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after new Clause 28B: Consent to assisted reproductive technology service 28C. (1) An assisted reproductive technology expert shall obtain prior informed and written consent from the parties before providing any assisted reproductive technology service under the Act or any other written law.
