    "content": "There is a proposed amendment by way of deletion. Who is the Mover? There are two proposals for deletion. One is by the Committee, hopefully, by Hon. (Dr.) Nyikal. The other one is by Hon. Shamalla. If the one by the Committee is carried, it obviously means that there is nothing for Hon. Shamalla to do because it would have been deleted anyway. Are you ready with that amendment, Hon. (Dr.) Nyikal?"
