Zuleikha’s amendment is seeking to amend the definition of “donor” and also the definition of “father” in the same clause. The Committee also has a proposed amendment on “father”. The amendment by the Committee takes precedence. In the circumstances, let us deal with Hon. Zuleikha’s amendment of “donor” separately. Then, when it comes to “father” we will deal with the one of Hon. Nyikal separately because the one of the Committee takes precedence in terms of procedure. Thank you, Hon.
