I beg to move: That, Clause 2 of the Bill be amended by— (c) deleting the definition of “eggs” and substituting therefor the following new definition− “egg” means a live human ovum;” (d) deleting the definition of “embryo” and substituting therefor the following new definition− “embryo” means a live pre-born person or child from fertilisation or conception until transfer into the adoptive or surrogate mother;”"
