    "content": " I thank the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, Hon. Wanga. We have consulted on reducing the amount of Kshs1 million to Ksh500,000. It was very difficult but we had to do it because of the way things are in the country regarding the National Treasury and other people. I am also glad that the Chair has withdrawn parts (b) and (c) of her amendment in favour of my proposed amendment."
