    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Minister for the answer. However, it is known that water levels have gone down in many lakes in the Rift Valley. The one feature that is known around Lake Naivasha is the big flower farms. It is also known that they discharge a lot of chemicals into the lake. Could the Minister state categorically what steps have been taken to confirm that it is not these chemicals which were responsible for the death of the fish?"
