(i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the circumstances under which Anti-Stock Theft Administration Security Personnel in Chepchoina area at the former Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC) Farm in Kapenguria Constituency regularly confiscate cattle from the local community? (ii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to discipline and remove corrupt officers who demand bribes for the release of cattle illegally confiscated? Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker."
