    "content": "(3) The Chairperson and a deputy chairperson of the Tribunal shall serve on a full-time basis. (4) The Chairperson and a deputy chairperson of the Tribunal shall hold office for a term of five years and shall be eligible for re- appointment for one further term. (5) A person shall not qualify for appointment under this section unless the person meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution. (6) For the purpose of exercising its functions under this Act, the Tribunal shall be presided over by the Chairperson or a deputy chairperson."
