    "content": "The reasons are to rename the tribunal as the Landlord and Tenant Tribunal. Also, to provide for the appointment of the Chairperson and several Deputy Chairpersons who may be designated to preside over the sittings of the tribunal, as and when required across the country. This will ensure access to justice in the country. In layman’s understanding, this means the Bill provided for only five people to the tribunal."
