Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 10 of the Bill be amended by deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclause— “(1) The Chairperson of the Tribunal shall— (a) assign duties to a deputy chairperson; and (b) preside over the Tribunal in matters where there are complex and substantial issues of law and which may be referred to the Chairperson by a deputy chairperson.”"
