Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move: THAT, clause 13 of the Bill be amended— (a) by deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— “(c) is incapacitated from performing the duties of the office by reason of prolonged physical or mental illness certified by a registered medical practitioner;” (b) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c)— “(ca) is found guilty of professional misconduct by a professional body in which he or she is a member;” The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
